Close up of the dial. There are 4 concentric rings of reference indexes available. The most outer ring has indexes at every minute interval. The next is Arabic and indexed every 5 minutes, the third as both index and Arabic every 5 minute intervals and finally the fourth has both index and Arabic for every minute.

This is how it looks like on my wrist. The casing looks rough due to neglect. At least the mineral glass is still smooth.
This cheap quartz watch was made to commemorate the one and only launch of the Soviet's Buran space shuttle in 1988. Remained dormant for 10 years in a dark drawer (good thing the battery was taken out then) before a new battery was put in a few days ago and presto - its working!
